Overview:
Our Accounting Internship program aims to nurture the next generation of finance professionals. Internship will be immersed in various accounting processes, gaining hands-on experience and developing essential skills that will pave the way for a successful career in finance. This is a paid internship opportunity lasting for six months, with the possibility of extension based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, statements, and invoices.
- Perform reconciliations of accounts and ensure accuracy in financial records.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Conduct audits of accounts to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to improve financial performance.
- Collaborate with the finance team on various projects and initiatives.
- Handle data entry and maintain accurate and organized records.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
