Overview:
The learning process of our internship program adds knowledge with practicality. Interns are taken through tasks across various departments such as engineering, marketing, sales and operations. This chance gives students or graduates a way of putting their classroom knowledge into practice thereby developing their professional networks while gaining industry insights.
Responsibilities:
- Developing designs for heavy duty machinery, testing these designs on the computer before making prototypes.
- Assist in creating advertising campaigns and investigating them for effectiveness alongside the marketers.
- Working with the sales force to identify customer needs as well product specifications.
- Participate in operational projects that optimize processes or improve efficiency.
- Research should be done, data collected which will support departmental initiatives in general.

Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s/masters degree programs taking Engineering, Business Administration/Management/Marketing or any other similar course related to this industry field.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities too.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel PowerPoint).
- Self motivated individual who can work effectively both individually and within a team setup.
Requirements:
Candidates must be ready to commit themselves full-time/part-time basis throughout their internships. They should have an appetite for learning new things ever day besides fitting into teams whose success they can add value towards. It will be helpful if the applicant has experience in a heavy equipment industry, but not mandatory.
