Available Internships:
1. Information Technology Internship
Responsibilities:
- Offer office staff technical and IT help.
- Take care of technical administration work and operational systems information.
- Performance Monitoring and Business applications Support.
- Manage application issues, problems, log issues with IT for development or fix and oversee resolution.
- Develop monthly app problem reports to find cause and suggest system/process enhancements.
- Work with the IT Applications Team on development and projects.
- Contribute in writing Business Requirement Specifications for IT projects.
- Compare systems/applications to see areas for improvement.
- Accompany Operations and support business requirements.
Requirements:
- Diploma/degree in Information Technology or any other qualification.
- Knowledge of Networking and IT are very high.
- Expertise in Troubleshooting, Network Security, Microsoft Office, Windows OS.
Qualifications:
- Well versed in technical concepts of IT.
- Excellent problem solver and a detailed worker.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
2. Administration Internship
Responsibilities:
- Help with office work and phone and email customer service.
- Validate claim information for accuracy.
- Update policy data and answer phone calls efficiently.
- Verify the state of policies and if premiums have been paid so that you can process the claims.
Capture claims accurately. - Introduce TCF to all customer relationships.
Requirements:
- 3 Year National Diploma/Degree of Business Administration.
- Good communicator and customer service.
- Proficient at responding to customer queries.
Qualifications:
- Proactive and detail-oriented.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Strong teamwork and learning capability.
3. Finance Internship
Responsibilities:
- Aid Accountants in the preparation of financial management reports.
- Help reconcile General Ledger books.
- Create monthly audit schedules and quarterly board reports.
- Prepare reports as and when executive management (EXCO) asks for them.
Requirements:
- DM Finance/DM in Accounting/BCom Accountancy/ any equivalent.
- Basic accounting/reconciliation.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of finance concepts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Working effectively in a team.
