Job Description
The BDO Vacation Work Programme in Johannesburg offers an exciting graduate program designed to provide aspiring Chartered Accountants [CA(SA)] with hands-on experience in a professional environment. This structured short-term opportunity is tailored for students pursuing SAICA-accredited degrees and planning to complete their CTA/PGDA in 2025. Located in JHB Illovo, the program enables participants to gain practical insights into the workplace, interact with BDO’s dynamic teams, and grow personally and professionally while building a network with managers and partners at one of the world’s fastest-growing professional services firms.

Requirements
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Be a 3rd-year undergraduate, BCTA, or ACCA full-time university student.
- Be pursuing one of the following SAICA-accredited qualifications:
- BCom in Accounting
- BCompt
- Bachelor of Accountancy
- Bachelor of Business Science (leading to CA(SA) qualification)
- BCom/BCompt Honours
- Postgraduate in Specialized Accounting
- Bridging Course to CTA
- Be a South African citizen.
