Strategic Communication Intern
Location: Cape Town, South Africa
Time Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a Strategic Communication Intern to join our team. In this role, you will:
Assist in the creation and implementation of communication strategies aligned with company goals.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to coordinate and execute communication projects.
Create engaging and impactful content for key initiatives, making a tangible difference for customers and employees.
Conduct research to identify trends, audience preferences, and competitive insights to inform strategies.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging.
Monitor and analyze communication metrics, assess strategy effectiveness, and provide recommendations.
Prepare reports and presentations summarizing communication initiatives and outcomes.
Utilize intermediate Microsoft Excel skills to prepare and format contact lists for communication.
Qualifications:
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Demonstrate excellent time management, decision-making, and organizational skills to meet deadlines.
Exhibit professionalism by fostering constructive relationships, engaging in proactive communication, and solving problems collaboratively.
Are proficient in English, with the ability to read, write, speak, and understand the language in a business environment.
Are currently students of Social Communication, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field and have university approval to complete their professional internship.
