The Department of Science and Innovation – National Youth Service (DSI-NYS) programme is part of the government’s broader National Youth Service Programme. Managed by the South African Agency for Science and Technology Advancement under the National Research Foundation, this initiative provides 12-month internships for unemployed graduates under 35.
