Responsibilities:
- Process daily and monthly transactions within agreed service levels.
- Perform data comparisons to prepare premium reconciliations, ensuring accurate rates are applied in client billing.
- Handle client queries (internal and external) as per service level agreements (SLAs).
- Oversee the full billing process, including monitoring monthly billing, contribution allocation, and sending of statements.
- Match bank statements to scheme remittance batches for accurate payment allocations.
- Issue credit control and handle administrative queries where necessary.
