The Graduate Programme provides comprehensive on-the-job training, focusing on both technical and leadership skills. Graduates will engage in practical training pertinent to their field of study, developing both technical and leadership competencies. Eligible candidates must possess a university degree or higher with an average pass mark of 65% in one of the following career streams: Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Industrial, or Mechatronics Engineering; Marketing; Business Management or Administration; Banking; Informatics or Information Systems; Computer Science; Statistics; Human Resources; SARA Qualification; Accounting and Finance (Honours advantageous); Taxation (Honours advantageous); International Trade; Investment and Risk Management; Commerce; Supply Chain Management; Food Technology or Hospitality; Communications; Social Sciences; Law (LLB/BA Law).

Candidates should exhibit strong conceptual and analytical thinking skills, teamwork capability, resilience, and a results-oriented mindset. High learning agility, effective communication, adaptability, computer literacy, attention to detail, and initiative are essential attributes for success in the program.
