Cartrack in Rosebank is inviting applications for its Learnership Programme, tailored to provide professional training for young, previously disadvantaged individuals. This program is open to candidates with and without disabilities.
The Cartrack Learnership Programme is designed to offer practical work experience and structured learning for eligible young individuals. The program aims to develop employable skills and promote career growth within a supportive and inclusive work environment.
Participants in the Learnership Programme will:
- Engage in on-the-job training in relevant departments.
- Complete assignments and projects aligned with the program's curriculum.
- Actively participate in learning modules and assessments.
- Adhere to Cartrack’s policies and standards in all assigned tasks.
To qualify for the Learnership Programme, candidates must:
- Be between 19 and 30 years of age.
- Have completed Matric with at least 60% in English and 50% in Mathematics or 60% in Mathematical Literacy.
- Have prior experience with MS Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Be proficient in spoken English.
- Candidates with a documented disability (e.g., partial blindness, deafness, treated epilepsy, hypertension, asthma, bipolar disorder, physical disabilities) are encouraged to apply.
- While not mandatory, having a tertiary qualification and formal work experience is advantageous.
