Description

The Digistics Graduate Programme 2025 is designed for ambitious graduates aiming to build a career in the multi-temperature distribution industry. This 12-month program, commencing in January 2025, offers an immersive experience across our distribution centers located in Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Gqeberha, Durban, and Bloemfontein.

Digistics, a prominent multi-temperature distribution company, invites applications from graduates with strong academic backgrounds. The program spans 12 months, with the potential for permanent employment contingent upon performance and organizational needs. Participants will benefit from coaching, mentoring, and diverse work exposure, including job rotation.

Responsibilities

Graduates will engage in various roles across our distribution centers, gaining comprehensive insights into operational processes. The program emphasizes practical experience and aims to develop participants' problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications

Eligible candidates must be in their final year of study or hold a postgraduate degree in one of the following disciplines:

  • BCom Logistics.
  • BCom Supply Chain.
  • BSc/BEng Industrial Engineering.
  • BCom/BSc/BIT Information Technology/Computer Science.
  • BCom Accounting.
