The Learner role is designed as a developmental position in which the incumbent will pursue a formal, registered qualification while simultaneously gaining practical work experience. Throughout the duration of the programme, the Learner will be tasked with delivering specific objectives that encompass research, analysis, administration, and project-related activities, all of which contribute value to the business unit.
This learnership aims to equip participants with the necessary skills and knowledge to enhance their employability while fostering personal and professional growth in a corporate environment.
The Learner will be expected to:
- Contribute to cost efficiencies within the organization.
- Optimize work processes by applying insights gained from learning experiences.
- Ensure operational excellence by delivering work processes that meet defined quality standards.
- Engage in self-development activities to enhance personal and professional skills.
- Provide exemplary customer service in adherence to established quality service standards.

Candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Must be a South African citizen.
- Be aged between 18 and 35 years.
- Demonstrate proficiency in computer literacy, particularly in MS Office.
- Possess a Grade 12/Matric certificate.
- Currently unemployed.
- No prior work experience is required.
