The Group Assurance function provides independent and objective assurance to enhance governance, risk management, and control practices. This function supports the Board and senior management in safeguarding stakeholders, assets, reputation, and the sustainability of Glencore.

Glencore’s Group Assurance function is seeking highly motivated graduates to join the Graduate Programme. This role offers a distinctive opportunity to gain practical experience and establish a foundational knowledge of internal auditing within a leading natural resource company. Participants will gain insight into Glencore’s global operations, encompassing industrial assets, commodity trading, and corporate functions.

Responsibilities

As a member of the Group Assurance team, you will engage in tasks related to the planning, execution, reporting, and follow-up of internal audits and advisory activities. Comprehensive training and mentorship will be provided, enabling you to build a strong foundation as an internal audit and assurance professional.

Qualifications

We seek candidates who are currently enrolled in or have recently graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, or Economics.
