Marsh McLennan is pleased to offer a limited number of learnership opportunities for matriculants seeking workplace exposure. This 12-month Learnership Programme is designed to provide young individuals with both theoretical knowledge and practical experience in a professional setting. Participants will have the opportunity to study while receiving on-the-job training, culminating in the attainment of a Higher Certificate in Short Term Insurance.
Participants in the Learnership Programme will be expected to:
- Engage actively in both educational and training components of the program.
- Apply theoretical knowledge in practical workplace scenarios.
- Collaborate with colleagues and mentors to enhance learning experiences.
- Complete all assessments and requirements necessary for the certification.
Candidates must meet the following requirements:
- A Matric/Grade 12 certificate with English as a first or second language and Mathematics or Mathematics Literacy.
- Proof of successful completion of Matric in 2023 or prior (certificate or statement of results required).
- South African citizenship.
- Age between 18 and 25 years.
- Reside in or near the designated locations Sandton.
- Must not have previously participated in any SETA-funded initiative.
- Should not be enrolled in post-Matric studies or engaged in formal employment during the learnership.
