The MDDA Internship Programme is a 12-month learning and development opportunity that aims to equip interns with hands-on experience in monitoring and evaluation within the media sector. This internship is intended for graduates who have recently completed a degree or diploma in fields such as Project Management, Monitoring and Evaluation, Media Studies, Social Science, Journalism, Development Studies, or other relevant disciplines. The program is designed to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and practical industry application, with no prior work experience required.
Interns in this program will be expected to:
- Support monitoring and evaluation tasks within the organization.

To qualify for the MDDA Internship Programme, candidates must meet the following criteria:

- Be a South African citizen.
- Hold a Matric/Grade 12 certificate.
- Possess a relevant three-year tertiary qualification (National Diploma or Degree) in Project Management, Monitoring and Evaluation, Media Studies, Social Science, Journalism, Development Studies, or a related field.
- Be willing to enter into a 12-month learning agreement.
