MTN's Global Graduate Development Programme for 2025 is designed to recruit young, energetic, and enthusiastic graduates aged between 20 and 26. The MTN Global Graduate Development Programme spans MTN's extensive network across Africa and the Middle East. It offers a unique blend of formal education through MTN Academy and practical on-the-job training, ensuring a comprehensive learning experience. Formal training occurs at MTN’s regional learning centers in Southern, Northern, and Western Africa, featuring blended learning experiences and digital media integration. Graduates gain in-role experience within MTN’s operating companies, involving job rotation, engagement with executive committees, and personalized mentoring and coaching.
Participants will engage in community development, international exchanges or secondments, and structured personal development activities. They will also undertake structured training modules, contributing to various aspects of MTN’s operations and acquiring practical skills essential for their career advancement.
Eligibility criteria include being under 27 years of age, possessing work rights, and completing a Bachelor of Science or equivalent degree with at least a 65% average by March 31, 2025. The programme accepts graduates from 19 disciplines, with a preference for candidates with up to 25 months of full-time work experience.
