The GMT Program is a vital component in developing future leaders equipped to navigate and shape the evolving business landscape. Since its inception, the program has successfully onboarded over 2,300 trainees globally, many of whom have made significant contributions to the organization. The program focuses on fostering a multifunctional career path, encouraging the acquisition of diverse skills and capabilities.
During the initial ten months, GMT participants will undergo three-month rotational placements aligned with the company's strategic pillars. These rotations may occur in Marketing, Sales, Technology, or Supply and Logistics, where trainees will tackle real-world business challenges. Participants will also engage in the "Cheers! Festival," a global induction event featuring insights from senior leaders and networking opportunities with peers. Trainees will have access to a global alumni network and unique learning and development resources.
Applicants must have completed an undergraduate degree, preferably in a STEM discipline. Candidates pursuing or holding a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration, a Master's degree, or equivalent are highly advantageous. Candidates should possess no more than three years of full-time formal work experience by the program's start date, excluding internships and short-term contracts. Legal work authorization in the application country and proficiency in English are mandatory. Full geographical mobility is required, as participants may need to relocate to various locations.
The program provides unparalleled exposure to senior leaders and access to a global network of GMT alumni. Participants will benefit from formal mentoring and a tailored learning and development curriculum designed to enhance their professional growth. Upon completion, trainees may secure a front-line position, offering a diverse career trajectory.
