The Finance Internship Programme aims to equip graduates with practical experience in business control operations. Interns will engage in a variety of financial tasks, enabling them to enhance their skills and contribute to the organization's financial objectives.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following tasks, among others:
- Assisting in cost deployment efforts aimed at reducing waste and increasing productivity.
- Undertaking other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Service Market Logistics Team.
- Supporting equipment investment management activities.
- Reporting financial results using the Company’s reporting system (VGCS system).
- Managing expenditures and usage of miscellaneous items.
- Compiling freight cost reports and ensuring their accuracy and completeness.
- Supporting the procurement process, including creating purchase orders and managing the delivery of goods.
- Aiding in the preparation of financial forecasts and budgets.
- Assisting in management cost control initiatives.
- Facilitating freight payments.
- Supporting the monthly financial reporting processes, including journal posting and review on the SAP accounting system.
- Preparing and presenting financial results to the Business Control Global Team.
- Conducting detailed financial analyses against planned budgets.
- Candidates must possess a diploma or degree in Finance or a related field.
