About:

Momentum Insurance Learnership Programme is a formal 12-month programme starting from 1st February 2025 until 31st January 2026. It provides a great opportunity for students to gain critical skills and experience in the different departments of Momentum Insurance through placement rotations. As graduates, you will receive a National Certificate in Short-Term Insurance (NQF Level4).
It’s designed especially for those who love learning and working in the uber-competitive Short-Term Insurance industry. There are five locations of internships Sandton, Centurion, Port Elizabeth, Durban and Cape Town.

Responsibilities:

They will be doing various tasks and activities during the learnership such as, but not limited to:

  • Working part time by rotating in departments.
  • Learn in a real-world setting to gain practical skills.
  • Writing the courses and studying the material.
  • Team members in collaboration to add value to the project.
  • Been watching and translating learnings into practical processes in the market.

Requirements:

Candidates need to meet the following criteria in order to be considered for this program:

  • You Must Be Between 18 and 25 Years Old (includes people turning 25 in 2025).
  • Had passed Matric at least 50% in English (Math a bonus).
  • Have zero job experience and/or no previous work experience.
  • Not be studying in any university/ college and hold post-Matric degrees.
  • Not registered for any other learnership programmes currently in effect.
  • Do Not Have An Interest In Becoming A Short-Term Insurance Specialist.
  • Must have clean criminal and credit history.
  • Must demonstrate computer literacy skills.
  • English speaking, reading and writing ability is a must.
