Requirements
- Advanced Diplomas or National 1st Degrees (NQF Level 7).
- Preferred fields: Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or Business.
- 3-5 years of experience in BPM, Change Management, and related disciplines.
- Certification: LEAN/SIX SIGMA (Yellow Belt), CBPP, or Business Analysis preferred.
Job Responsibilities
- Plan and execute process improvement initiatives.
- Design and implement performance measurement tools.
- Analyze and develop “As Is” and “To Be” business process models.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and identify training needs.
- Utilize tools like BPM, BPMS, and RPA for business transformation.
Technical Knowledge Required
- Principles of project management.
- Process design, measurement, and modeling (EPC/BPMN/UML).
- Change management and facilitation techniques.

- Role-relevant tertiary qualification preferred.
