Requirements

  • Advanced Diplomas or National 1st Degrees (NQF Level 7).
  • Preferred fields: Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or Business.
  • 3-5 years of experience in BPM, Change Management, and related disciplines.
  • Certification: LEAN/SIX SIGMA (Yellow Belt), CBPP, or Business Analysis preferred.

Job Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute process improvement initiatives.
  • Design and implement performance measurement tools.
  • Analyze and develop “As Is” and “To Be” business process models.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and identify training needs.
  • Utilize tools like BPM, BPMS, and RPA for business transformation.

Technical Knowledge Required
