About:

The NHBRC is a council that is responsible for the regulation of home construction and the provision of a quality level of construction of new homes. This internship programme is an attempt on the part of the council to empower emerging talents with hands-on training and development.

Overview:

Shortlisted candidates will undergo formal work-based training and receive a monthly salary over the 18 months of the programme. This program includes subjects like Human Resources, Law, Information Technology, Communication, Risk Management, Engineering, Finance and many more.

Responsibilities:

Interns will need to complete work-related tasks under the supervision of NHBRC staff. Examples of duties might be, but are not limited to:

  • Helping with departmental activities in the internship categories.
  • Help with project implementation and records creation.
  • Training courses for skills development and job training.
  • Keeping things private and professional in tasks assigned.

Requirements:

  • Should be currently unemployed.
