Program Overview
The Emerging Leaders Graduate Program 2025 offers early-career graduates the opportunity to develop and grow in Colgate-Palmolive South Africa’s commercial functions:
- Customer Development
- Customer Service & Logistics
- Marketing
Duration: 24 months
Successful candidates will gain valuable learning experience through job rotations and project assignments. Upon completing the program, high-performing trainees may be offered permanent roles based on their performance and business needs.
As a member of our commercial team, you’ll contribute to driving brand growth, building consumer engagement, and creating winning strategies for mutual success.
