Job Description:
Evaluate ECS/ECNS Licensees to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and license terms, guaranteeing adherence to the legal and regulatory structure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting and participating in Council Committee projects by developing necessary documentation such as regulations, explanatory memoranda, reasons documents, and findings documents, including conducting research.
- Providing guidance to licensees regarding regulatory obligations to ensure clarity on compliance requirements.
- Examining regulations and regulatory procedures, and providing recommendations for legal actions.
- Evaluating yearly compliance data submitted by licensees to ensure regulatory compliance.
- The Manager ECS/ECNS Compliance will supervise the successful candidate and their duties will involve.
- Analyzing adhoc compliance information to process Notifications, Extensions, and Confidentiality requests.
Qualifications And Experience:
- NQF L7 Finance or Accounting Bachelor’s degree.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in Finance and/or Accounting.
- Additional advantage: Compliance experience.
