Prospective candidates must possess a National Qualifications Framework (NQF) level 7 qualification accompanied by a commendable academic record. While this qualification is essential, possessing a degree in disciplines such as Actuarial Science, Industrial Engineering, Quality Assurance, Marketing and Communications, Business Management, Finance, Strategy, Economics, Data Science, Investments, IT, Industrial Psychology, Risk and Compliance, Legal, Clinical Associate, Occupational Therapy, or Physiotherapy is considered advantageous. Additionally, applicants should be unemployed, hold less than two years of work experience, be South African citizens under the age of 35, and not have previously participated in a similar program. A strong interest in the financial services sector, particularly the Insurance Industry, coupled with extracurricular involvement and leadership experience, is highly desirable. Candidates should also demonstrate a keen willingness to learn and an inherent curiosity.
