Available Positions:
1. Administration Clerk
Place of work: Pretoria, South Africa – Divisional Commissioner Office.
Pay: R216,417-a-year (Level 05)
Responsibilities:
- Produce and edit reports, letters and memos.
- Track and log documents entering the Divisional Commissioner’s office.
- Maintain records of collected documents.
- Handle and file monthly car return.
- Provide administrative and secretarial support.
- Manage the diary of the Divisional Commissioner.
- Arrange Divisional Commissioner’s visits, travel and compensation.
- Administer a bring-forward system effectively.
Requirements:
- A Grade 12 / Matric certificate.
- Knowledge of two official languages at least, one of which is English.
- You have to be a South African national.
- None of the previous criminal or departmental convictions.
- Willingness to work in a pinch and during the night.

2. Messenger
Place of work: Pretoria, South Africa – Office of Divisional Commissioner.
Pay: R131,265 an year (Level 02)
Responsibilities:
- Send messenger and driving for Divisional Commissioner’s office.
- General administrative work as directed.
- Archive all documents that were obtained in detail.
- Mail and deliver and collect documents, mail and packages and make sure you are acknowledged.
- Fill out car book and send in month returns.
Requirements:
- A Grade 12 qualification.
- Valid light vehicle driver’s license.
- A knowledge of two official languages at least, including English.

3. Security Guard
Pay: R155,148 per annum
Responsibilities:
- Control access based on Control of Access to Public Premises and Vehicles Act.
- Positively identified visitors, staff, and technicians.
- Prepare and run a visitor’s counter.
- Block the entry of vehicles and equipment.
- Maintainers / cleaners supervision (from a security standpoint).
- Visit all security equipment and structures and repair any weak spots.
Requirements:
- 12th/ matriculated degree.
- PSIRA registration (Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority).
- Grade C Security Certificate.
- Must possess firearm competency.
