Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate, troubleshoot, and resolve software faults and reported events.
- Liaise with the software development team and SYSPRO Regional Offices for effective service delivery and event resolution.
- Provide specialist technical support relating to software development, SRS, documentation, installations, and upgrades.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Education:
- Senior Certificate or NQF 4 equivalent.
- Mathematics minimum 60% or Mathematical Literacy above 80%.
- Certifications (Preferred but not required):
- Relevant support certifications.
